Below is a selection of some of the project work I have undertaken:
For Cinnamon Network I have undertaken a number of their Foundations Reviews of recognised projects. This is used to provide advice to the projects and quality assure the work that Cinnamon itself supports.
I have worked with several dioceses in the Church of England including Bristol, Birmingham, Worcester, Bath & Wells and Chelmsford in support of various initiatives:
Facilitated strategy formation for the development of the diocese or strategic initiatives within the diocese
Programme management set-up, initiation and interim management for governing multiple projects or streams of work
Assembling, reviewing and drafting Strategic funding applications to the Church Commissioners for projects including the developing of resourcing churches, church plants of various forms, and restructuring and renewal within the diocese
The set-up of Learning forums for mission leaders
Advisory support and congregational facilitation for local missional strategy development
A capability review for a national not-for-profit
For a church leadership team – the development of operational strategy and organisation
Impact evaluation projects for organisations – for example, examining the value of learning communities and educational initiatives
Workshop facilitation for leadership teams
Training delivery on strategic and change topics
Act as a Business mentor, to support commercial development in owner managed organisations (a not-for-profit and a therapeutic services business)[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
