This is my blog site – it covers things that I work on and care about, sometimes professional sometime personal – often both!
In my professional life this tends to revolve around customers, strategy and change in organisations. Be they formal or informal, all need to develop to remain vibrant, relevant and valuable to the customers, staff, volunteers and community.
The site is also a place where I blog on things that are important to me personally – change at a personal level, observations on life and society and spiritual development, where as a follower of Christ, I long to see church as an agent for positive change in individuals’ and communities’ lives.
I work with individuals, teams and organisations helping them to identify what needs to change and how best to go about it. I have spent 30 years in consulting and worked on many projects and with many clients.
